Dr Chan memiliki kepakaran mengurus sokongan pernafasan untuk pesakit lebih lebih lagi di kalangan pesakit penyakit neuromuskular, kecederaan saraf tunjang dan pesakit yang memerlukan sokongan pernafasan mekanikal di rumah. Sesi ini akan membincangkan tentang tatacara untuk pesakit yang memerlukan bantuan pernafasan yang datang ke hospital untuk  rawatan dan pembedahan.
