Beliau merupakan graduan dari University College of Dublin, Ireland dan kemudianya memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana di dalam bidang Perubatan dari Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dr Fakhirah kini sedang menjalani pengkhususan di dalam bidang perubatan paliatif. Pada sesi ini, Dr Fakhirah akan  membuat pengongsian tentang ‘Nursing Care’ atau penjagaan  lanjut untuk pesakit dengan lebih teliti serta memberi petua-petua untuk meningkatkan kualiti hidup.
